Hi I want to ask, which one is better, or has beter reviews. If I'd take ZOTAC mini I would save 30€. So should I save it or buy PALIT?

Solution
Between these two I'd pick the Palit Dual or Jetstream, or Zotac Amp! instead of the mini.

Zotac mini runs hot due to the sunflower heatsink, and so you'd have to use a more aggressive fan speed.

EVGA SC single fan has heatpipes so it's the better cooler.

Palit Dual / Zotac Amp! are also good though you may need to set custom fan curve with MSI Afterburner for cooler temps.

The Jetstream version has a huge heatsink (it's 2.5 slot thick), so it cools even better and is thus quieter.
There are two palit 1060 models, JetStream and Dual.
the dual has nothing special and the jetstream has RGB lightning.
from performance point of view, I'd go for EVGA GTX 1060 SC Gaming - it's 10$ more expensive than Zotac, but has a bit better cooling and much higher factory clocks.

basically, any GTX 1060 with non blower cooler would be great.
Zotac is great company (way better than palit IMHO). I just prefer top tier for my GPUs and those would be ASUS and EVGA for nvidia.
EVGA have best support and way more flexible warranty.
anyway, zotac mini would be a great card.
