Can I run different sized case fans from a single header?

I'm getting a mini-ITX board with single 4pin sys fan header and Thermaltake V1 case with a single 200mm fan in the front. I believe that the sys fan header will be rated to 1-amp. The 200mm fan shoiuld use 0.2 amp (lets call it 0.4 amp in case). I want to install two 80mm fans at the rear of the case but I'd like these to vary their speed with temperature. Can I do this or will the speed varying signal cause the different sized fans to try and spin at the same speed. If this happens I'd reckon the 200mm might spin way to fast or the rear ones might never get above idle...or of course something worse might happen.

Can you good people advise?

Solution
No, all fans will run at same speed at the same time. So when your temp drops, all 3 might run at 20%, when temp increases all 3 might run at 90%. But the point is, all 3 will run at the same % speed. To control them individually you have to put them in different fan header. Or get a fan hub.

So to be clear you want the 200mm fan to run at full speed. And those 2 80mm fans to run according to temperature.

Just install the 200mm in a fan header, and 80mm ones in another header with a Y splitter.

No I want them all to vary with the temperature as they would if I connected them individually to the header

Great so even though the 200mm spins at 800 rpm and the 80mm spin at 2000 rpm the signal for fan speed from the header will result in both very different fans spinning at the appropriate speed?
