I want to buy 2gb MSI NVIDIA GTX 760 graphics card (GPU). my pc configuration is ""core i3 3.50ghz" "6gb ram"" motherbord "gigabite h81m-s2pv"" "500 watt power supply.

with this configuration this gpu will work? please tell me sir????????

Solution
Yes sir you would be able to run the 760 graphics card no problem.

One issue that may arise in the future is the reliability/quality of your power-supply, since you didn't mention a modelnumber/brand for your current one, but even then you will still be able to run that graphics card with a tentative life-expectancy.

Cheers mate good luck.

Yes, it will work, but did you mean to type $80 instead of $8?

Regardless, it may be worth your money to invest in a more reliable power supply, like this one.

It will be significantly safer and more reliable.

Yes, you will need to buy the PCIE power cables 6 pin and 6+2 (8 pin).

It does not connect to the motherboard, however, but to the powersupply. The graphics card itself connects to the motherboard through the main PCIE slot itself.

As mentioned before a Powersupply upgrade wouldn't hurt.
