Issue with one of my cards

Hi,

I am mining ethereum with my cards, and one of them has an issue.

When I try mining using card number one, it's fine, everything works. (this card is the main one, the display is connected to it)
When trying card number two it crashes and doesn't produce any hashrate.

The two cards are booting up and recognized in GPU-Z.
When trying to run crossfire games, it doesn't work either because of that card.

I started fearing this card is dead, but it's pretty new..

What do you think? how can I fix it?

Test it in another system, see if it does the same thing there.

Only works without the driver. weird stuff. I have unplugged the other GPU and left the problematic GPU in place after uninstalling the driver from the device manager, now it works. let's see what happens after I reinstall the driver.

It's not that weird, that's the sign of a bad card if it crashes when the drivers are installed.
