I've recently built my first custom pc build and i'm absolutely head over heels with it. I've had no issues at all game play wise. My graphics card is a geforce gtx r1 1070 and the headsets i currently use are turtle beach px24's which came with the amp and usb cable. I've followed the support manual that came with the headset which mentioned to plug the usb into the computer aswell as the wire into the headset port which doesn't work. I can hear audio just fine its the microphone that doesn't seem to work. When i've looked at other threads involving the px 24, alot of people have mentioned they had issues with the microphone also. I've tried plugging the headset into the front and back and each of the ports individually (trial and error) which didn't seem to help. Can anyone please shed some light on this for me?
