Alternative OEM BIOS?

The mobo is made for HP prebuilts and has a locked BIOS, could check HP for a newer version, but can't think of any that aren't locked. They don't want people making changes as then they would have to offer more tech support. Generally almost all prebuilts made in quantity are the same

Was looking to possibly toy around with overclocking. My current bios doesn't really allow me to do much because it seems like it's completely different from other computers'. I'm not 100% sure if one's available but I don't know where to look.
