my hard drive motor controller chip has burnt
I was docking on anker hdd dock befor 2 minutes

chip has burnt physically and wont running

That is really unpleasant. :(

I believe you will need to contact a data recovery company, in case the data stored on the drive is really important.

If it is under warranty, it will not hurt to contact the manufacturer.

onepcbsolution.com has replacement boards, but the firmware chip needs to be transplanted to maintain head current flow settings and prevent heads from burning out. onepcbsolution.com can do that.

Replacement of the chip requires hot air soldering equipment or low temperature indium alloy solder, but if the leads of the chip are not visible, that is, the chip is in a BGA package where all the connections are under the chip, then the job is more difficult and requires re-balling the solder connections with a stencil.
