After cleaning my pc with compressed air and applying new thermal paste to my processor, I've hooked it back up and it won't turn on. When I press the power button, it lights up for half a second, and the cpu fan nudges like it wants to turn. The fan in the psu spins, but nothing else happens. I do remember that I sprayed the compressed air into the psu fan to get the dust out, however it was wet afterwards. I have no idea what to do. Help please!
