with 20-35$ you cant get a decent card. But since minecraft relies both on cpu and gpu I think you need a decent cpu as well. Take a look at your local store if they have some used card for sale or else get this: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/N998TW/msi-video-card-n7201gd3hlp
