Hi everyone

I recently tried to do a clean install of my GPU drivers after FutureMark indicated that the drivers were corrupt. So I made a system restore point, uninstalled the drivers and my screen became all fuzzy, I couldn't reboot into safe mode either since the option was not available in the BIOS and I couldn't see anything on the screen although I could make out that I was on the Windows login screen. The screen remained fuzzy if I booted into safe mode also through the Windows Advanced Recovery tool. Although I managed to do a system restore through the Windows Advanced Recovery I haven't attempted it again.

I have now been informed that the corrupt drivers may be causing FPS and screen tearing issues in World of Warcraft so I'm wondering if someone can explain how to do a clean install of the AMD drivers on Windows 10 without breaking anything.

Solution
Use Display Driver Uninstaller aka DDU. It will recommend you boot into safe mode and will even do it for you. Unistall your old drivers with it when the window pops up, reboot and install the latest ones available :)
