What graphics card fits my needs?

Hello! I want to build a new pc and I want to know a good ( low -> medium price) graphics card for following things ( sorted by priority ):
1) 3D Rendering ( Cinema 4D )
2) Editing and Compositing ( Premiere Pro and After Effects )
3) Last but not least: Lightweight gaming ( Minecraft, Terraria, CS: GO, maybe some GTA V )

well, how much money do you have to spend?

3d rendering is usually limited by the best card you can afford, and then there's professional graphics cards (for actually making 3d graphics) that are vastly better than the commercial/retail GPUs used to play games.
