System Specs:
HP 6200 Pro Microtower
i5 2500 @ 3.3 GHz
4 GB ram @ 1333 mhz
MSI GTX 750 ti 2 GB(No Power Connector, Low power Card)
I have my card installed in the PCIe slot and although the fans are spinning, after a CClean, BIOS update, Disabling Drivers and going into safe mode and removing and replacing the card many times i'm unable to traverse my way around this issue, i had purchased this PC and 750 ti to create a budget gaming rig and now i'm just distraught about wasting my money, can anyone offer me some valuable advice?
I am able to get a display if i connect to my motherboard VGA port with the card plugged in.

Solution
Power supply should be enough to run it, OEM motherboard may be the issue. Before installing the card, update the BIOS, then try again. It may be an issue if you don't have a UEFI BIOS, newer cards may not run on the older legacy BIOS. You may want to check with MSI support to see what you need to run the card.
