Some of the most popular black CPU coolers are the ones that "Phanteks" sells.

Here is one of my favorites, but feel free to look up some more from Phanteks: (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835709011)

I think you'll be happy with it GigaState, it's a quiet cooler. Just a bit of advise, check some installation guides for it online. You'll be much better off turning the cooler over and setting it on a surface so the cpu cooling plate is facing up. Apply thermal paste and then with the cpu and ram installed into the motherboard, turn the motherboard upside down (cpu facing down) and lower it onto the cooler. Due to the size/weight of the cooler it will make installing it much much easier than say trying to install the cooler once the motherboard is already installed into the case.

Essentially mounting the cpu/motherboard to the cooler rather than the other way around. Ram needs to be installed first since the cooler will extend over the ram slots. Once the cooler is installed, carefully turn it over and support the motherboard so it doesn't flex, set the whole works into the case and attach the motherboard to the standoffs.
