I need a new GPU ASAP!

I need to upgrade my GPU from a GTX 750 Ti. In order to upgrade my GPU I need to upgrade my PSU. altogether my budget is $300. I can't go much higher than that and I don't think I can get the RX 480 or 470 for a reasonable price right now so I would like some other recommendations. Here are my PC specs:

i5 4460
Gigabyte motherboard
8GB ram
GTX 750ti
400w PSU
1TB HDD
Optical drive

So what's the best GPU and PSU for the price in my budget? (other than the RX cards unless I can get one close to MSRP in the next week)

Sounds like a good combo.
But really given the pricing of the RX 470, it's probably worth spending an extra $25 to get the RX480 to meet VR spec and knock up performance a bit.
Good power supply recommendations, both are very good, although I think that the S12II is currently going for a lower price.

THANK YOU!! I just ordered the 470 for $199.99. I will definitely go for the Seasonic PSU.
