I was curious if anyone had an opinion on what would be the best fan for an AMD FX-8320 3.5 GHz 8 Core CPU. I don't want liquid cooling, and I don't need to have the most expensive. I just want one that effectively cools the CPU, doesn't wear out quickly, and isn't loud. Thanks in advance.

Depends on your case height limitation. The Cryorig H7, H5 Ultimate, and the R1 ultimate are all nice coolers.
