Hi, my brother have had a mayor issue with his computer for about 1,5 years now and he seems not interested in fixing it, so i decided to fix it for him. I have tried underclocking his computer, overclock, turning up the fans, changing 3d settings (nvidia control panel) but none of that work.
His computer seems to be forced to only run games at 12-24 fps and is reaaaaally slow. Do anyone have any sort of idea how to fix this?
