Just got my first GPU first time overclocking a GPU every thing seems stable just hoping you guys could check to make sure I won't do any damage due to high voltage or anything.

Looks fine.. I can't see the load voltage (0.6xx is an idle voltage) but software-only overclocking of that card will not allow a dangerous voltage, so there's nothing to worry about there.
