Im trying find the best gpu for my budget right now, im not from the usa and shipping pc parts to my country is quite expensive, a friend of mine will stay in the usa until the 22 of this month so buying the new RX series cards from amd will be hard, also im not taking into consideration rebates.
My budget is around 130-140 usd
