Hi, I have BSOD issue, I have screenshots from BlueScreenView that make it clear ntoskrnl.exe is in trouble. I now need to display and take screenshots of the type of logs that would show someone on this forum who is more tech savvy if it is a conflict problem.(No conflict warning is seen in device manager.)
I have seen on forums that this is possible, and I need step by step instuctions to display these logs please. (taking a screenshot is no problem:)) I have located the folders suggested by Windows, and tried to view contents, but am obviously going about this the wrong way.
Thanks

most ntoskrnl errors are driver related. Depending if this is custom or brand name PC, I would update any motherboard/device drivers. If its brand name, look on site of maker that matches model. if its custom, go look on motherboard makers web site for its model. Get graphics drivers from Nvidia or AMD.

you could share blue screen view pics as I can't read the logs but others can.

How to share logs:

follow option one here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
and then skip step 5 & do step 6 below - small memory dumps: Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c/windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share a link here

Hi, Thank you for your response. Sorry for being so slow to get back to you. I think I have found the help I need, so I won't continue with this thread. If the current help draws a blank, then I'll come back to this forum to see if anyone has any other ideas.
Thank You
