Is my final build good to go?

I have been doing immense amounts of research now for nearly a month, in an attempt to get my first build as good as possible.
Today my card finally came in so I can begin to order everything.
Does everything look good?

It will be for recording console gameplay, video editing, and some casual PC gaming.
I will note that I will probably get a different monitor in store, and I am getting the retail version of Windows 10.
Other than that here is my build.

Is there anything else I need to actually build it?
Any opinions on it before I start to buy everything?

Thank you so much!

You would benefit so much more from the hyperthreading of an i7 than you would the overclocking of the i5. This even comes out to be cheaper.

And then the 6 core i7 option just in case you assumed you couldn't afford it.

Dang lol, I had a few people before telling me to go for the i5 instead of i7.
What exactly is hyperthreading?

Thank you. I looked up how it works and it makes sense for my video editing, but still is powerful enough for my gaming without OC.
Any other motherboards you would suggest for that processor? I don't mind paying a little bit more, I just want a reliable motherboard. The site only shows 1 review for that one and I didn't find many others on other sites.

Also if i get the i7 6700, should I get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo?
