I am switching from a MSI760GMA-P34 to a MSI Z170 Gaming Pro Carbon. I have Windows 10 home 64 bit and i dont have an extra HDD but i can plug it in to another computer to backup or should I use OneDrive to backup. Would i be able to upgrade without any problems?

what about them ? backup your data before formatting or use another harddisk for the new system

I am backing up to OneDrive but since i am switching from amd to intel would i have to uninstall anything first?
And how would i perform a clean install of windows 10?

uninstalling is a waste of time , just format and clean install windows , then drivers , then programs , then restore your backup data.
