I am building a budget gmaing PC to play all the latest and upcoming high end games. I am not so fond of play games on highest quality and will be happy if the games will run a mid to low settings. My budget is around 34000 INR (500$) and I can't stracth it more than that.

I have read a lots of threats on toms hardware and desided the following componends for my budget build:

BIOSTAR H110MH PRO D4 Motherboard (Black) -- 4,300

i5 6400 2.70 GHZ Processor -- 14,137

Antec BP450PS 450 Watt PSU -- 2,699

LG GH24NS95 DVD Writer 24X SATA Internal OEM (Black) -- 920

Dolgix 8 GB DDR4 - 2400 MHz Memory module for desktops -- 2,191

ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 730 2GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card -- 5,475

Zebronics Chisel Cabinet -- 1249

WD 500GB Internal Sata Drive -- 3150

Please suggest are all these components are okey to play all the latest (GTA 5, BF4, Assassin's Creed Syndicate, etc) and upcoming games. And also suggest any better components that have same or less than these.

It will be enough even if I will be able to get 30 FPS in low-mid settings. Will I?

And for processor, I also though of downgrading it but read everwhere that I need quad core processor to play the latest games. Are you sure I should downgrade to i3?

GT 730 is garbage ... get GTX 960 with i3 6100 ALOT BETTER 3 times faster and same price !

or get GTX 950 with i3 6100 , if you cant pay for GTX 960

I was thinking that 6400 will not bottleneck if I upgrade to a high end GPU in future. Do you think i3 will not bottleneck a high end GPU? Also I can strach my budget a bit more (by 5000 max). Can you suggest any GPU under 10000 INR

Go for the better CPU,
Future upgrades mean a full re-install of Windows, this may also mean buying a new Windows disc, messing about with moved files, re-installing programs and games (losing saved places etc)

Future upgrade of GPU means unplugging it and plugging in the new one, then a drivers CD.

If you have any intention of upgrading in the future, then your CPU is the real thing you should spend money on, any other components can be bought on the cheap now and improved later when a bit of spare cash comes along.

GTX 950/960 is not HIGH END GPU... Its Mid-Range GPU.

Also for the list , u should downgrade the CPU because your GPU is TRUE JUNK, just dont ever look at any models "GT" trust me, u cant run anything on them true junk...

So if i would you, i better take i3-6100 Skylake CPU YES, its Dual-Core but, it has 2 Cores and 2 Threads. so newdays games sees this cpu as = QuadCore CPU so u will be fine dont worry. Later u can just upgrade the cpu to i5-6600k :)

For GPU , better take GTX960 4GB if u can. or RX480 8GB.
dont take 950 its just to low for newdays games. Atleast get GTX 960.

and dont forget about 80+ Bronze/Silver PSU
i suggest get EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 or EVGA SuperNOVA 550 GS

Also that PSU will Explode in atleast 2weeks. So be careful , Look at this PSU Tier List and try find and get some PSU from Tier 1 to Tier 3 Atleast.

Whatever you get , never go lower than GTX 950 for gaming , anything lower is garbage today.

here are what you should get from low to high

GTX 950 , GTX 960 , AMD RX 470 , AMD RX 480 , GTX 1060

choose one of those only and manage your othr parts

i3 6100 is good dont worry , and when you want better machine later you can upgrade the CPU as well and sell your i3 used ...

trust me , you have low budget , you will never enjoy gaming at all if you get i5 and Junk GPU
