I am building the new gaming pc and my configurations are

1) i3-6100
2) Asus ddr4 motherboard
3) 8gb ddr4 ram
3) corsair 450w psu
4) 120 gb ssd

so which gpu is better ?

There are no benchmarks yet for the rx 460, but the 360 was slightly slower than the 750ti, so the rx 460 is about 30% better (based on hardware specs and the difference between 370 and 470) so it should be more powerfull than the 750ti. Plus it's newer and it will have longer driver support that the 3 year old gtx 750ti.

their are many fake benchmark released today but Gamer Nexus is the accurate bench. Based on reading im very disappoint the Rx460 which is ONLY very close to gtx 750ti and much expensive. Im still getting gtx 750ti

Based on this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/amd-radeon-rx-460,review-33628-4.html , the rx460 is about 30% better than the 750ti, plus it's newer so it will get better driver support and much better dx12 performance.

I dont know who is the accurate benchmark because if you look into this you would be disappoint .

The drivers cause many problems and very close fps on gtx 750ti
