Is this a good pre-built for its price?

I have been looking to build a computer for a while now, however this pre-built has caught my eye:

I was wondering if this is a good PC for its price, and if any of you have been able to build a similar PC for cheaper. My budget is around £1300 give or take and I already have a 1440p 144hz monitor that's relatively new. I'd use it for word processing, and generally heavy amounts of gaming. I'd be buying it in October.

Thank you in advance :)

Solution
A bargain when the prices of components are bought individually (even using UK retailers). http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/GRHXvV I added in the PSU but still doesn't have an optical drive, a case or OS. (Probably have to add another £150ish on top.)

Plus, you get a warranty as well. Something a self built PC never has...

EDIT: prebuilt.
Sorry I messed up. It's UK pund not euros

So, if you were in my shoes, would you go for the parts or the prebuilt?
