Title says it all.

Checked everything in here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-build-post-checklist

Computer is a working one. I just bought 2 new drives, a new RAM stick of the same model, a new air cooler, and a new case. I disassembled the PC and built it into the new case along with the new drives, and this happened.

I tried removing everything from the case and building it outside, and it worked. I got to the BIOS, but it just said my boot device wasn't supported. I tried booting into a Windows 10 installation disk, and it did. I even got to the installation with all three drives detected. The 2 new drives, however, were not installed outside of the case.

I rebuilt the PC after this with everything plugged in, but the problem reappeared. I gave up after six hours of assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.

Tried removing the front panel indicators, leaving only the power switch. Still nothing.

I did not re-seat the CPU. I only applied new thermal paste using the pea method when I replaced the cooler. I made sure to clean the old thermal paste properly with alcohol and some cotton balls, making sure that no residue got left behind.

Gave up after an entire afternoon and evening of troubleshooting.

It's so stupid that the thing works outside of the case, but it just fails when installed inside the 600C. Perhaps it misses its old and dusty Cougar case? Lol.

Specs are as follows:
MB: Asus Z87-A
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu (2 8 GB modules)
PSU: 750W Thermaltake
GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 AMP! Edition
Case: Corsair Carbide 600C
HDD:
> 1x Seagate Barracuda 1TB (old drive which contains the OS and all the other files)
> 1x Western Digital Black 1TB (new drive)
> 1x Samsung 750 Series SSD 120GB (new drive)

Thank you in advance.

Yes, the motherboard standoffs come pre-installed with the Carbide 600C case. I did not run cables under the motherboard; only behind the motherboard tray.

None of the cables are loose, either. For what it's worth, I tried switching between SATA ports using the old drive and it did not help.
