Hi, I wanted to change my R9 290's Cooler, so I opened up case to see if it would fit. I left everything, but the card, virtually untouched. When I closed everything, I plugged everything back in and nothing works. The monitor says "no signal" and the LEDs for my Keyboard and XBox Controller light up briefly upon start, and they won't turn on right after. There is NO beeping sound .I'm really worried about my PC.
