I just remembered something about BIOS

When I built my PC, It started and booted but directly to to install windows not to the BIOS. Is that common?

All computer will boot to Windows. You need to press a key to boot to BIOS

If you are using a modern PC with UEFI bios that can be common if it is set to quick boot.

If you need to change bios setting then press the key (usually Del or F2, you can check in MoBo manual) as soon as the PC turns on.
