So i recently got the new windows 10 anniversary update (august 3rd) and ever since then my CPU has been at 100% usage constantly and i've tried everything and nothing is fixing it.. i reinstalled windows and that fixed it but after a while it randomly went up to 100% usage again and again nothing can fix it.
The thing is that all those apps (see link below) we're always running and i've never had any issues until the new windows update that i mentoined.
