So i just recently bought a new evga gtx 960 4gb and put it on my older set up. with my specs (BELOW) i should be able to run games like Overwatch, GTAV, Fallout on high settings with pretty decent fps. but im getting 20 fps on each game i try even on lowest graphics settings. All of my drivers are up to date, my pc power is on high performance. i did a ddu sweep and reinstalled the drivers again but nothing is changing. im even having minor problems with csgo
