So i just made the pc, kinda. I don't have the gpu yet, but it should still start right? So when i plug in the psu into the wall and press the on button, nothing happens. I tested the psu some weeks ago, and i haven't done more to it. When i installed the cpu cooler, it was just a small puch. Nothing too big. Thou i accidentally spilled some drops of iso-propanol on the motherboard it should still work. As i didn't have any power into it. And i waited maybe an hour after i had spilled the liquid. Idk what I've done wrong. Btw this is obviously my first time.

Did you make sure the power supply is on, most power supplies should have a small switch on the back near where they are plugged in that needs to be flipped. I know this seems silly but it has happened to me a couple of times.
Also, providing a more detailed spec list would probably help diagnose the problem better.

Have you checked the motherboard standoffs to make sure you don't have any extra in the case. If there are any that are up against the back of the motherboard they may be connecting circuits and shorting the board (this happened to my friend when he built his first pc). It may also be worth testing your psu again because the corsair CX series is notorious for being unreliable. I would also make sure that your power button cable is properly plugged into the motherboard (its fairly easy to put it on the wrong pins) Your motherboard should have text next to the 2 correct pins that say "power", "pwr" or something similar.
You also did not list a graphics card in your spec list, just in case you didn't know the fx line of processors doesn't have an onboard gpu so you would have no way of actually getting the pc to show anything on a screen without one (I'm assuming you already know this but hey, couldn't hurt to point it out).
