The others will run cooler and more silent and when you are not gaming the fans will stop , unlike your GPU which has blower fan.

here are better options

Well usually open coolers provide better cooling, however disperse more heat into the case. Whereas a blower cooler may not cool as well and blow air out through the back of your case.
However, although an open cooler like that Gigabyte card may have better temps. Usually the blower coolers keep temps at good points anyway so you should be good either way. ;)
Im not sure about the noise of the MSI cooler, since I've only seen reference and custom coolers. However it should be perfectly fine unless you overclock.
