Alright, so I decided to custom build a PC. I used Memory Express's Custom System Configuration to put together everything I wanted. I just want to make sure all of these parts will work together. Here's what I have.

Motherboard:
Asus A88XM-A /USB 3.1 w/ Dual DDR3 2133, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, PCI-E x16, USB 3.1 Gen 2

Memory:
Kingston HyperX Fury Blue 16GB DDR3-1333MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit (2 x 8GB)

Video Card:
Asus GeForce GT 720 Silent CSM, 2GB, PCI-E w/ D-Sub VGA, DVI, HDMI

Power Supply:
Antec Basiq VP-450 450W Power Supply

Processor:
AMD Athlon X4 860K Processor, 3.7GHz w/ 4MB Cache, Low Noise OEM Cooler

Case:
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01 Mid Tower Case w/ Red LED Fan, Side Window

and I also got a Wireless Adapter Card.
Asus PCE-N15 Wireless N PCI-E Adapter Card

Solution
If you have not bought any parts, AVOID the GT720. If you can't afford a better video card than that, you would be better of with an A10 or even a A8 and no video card at all.

Everything is compatible though.

Alright! This is why I posted here before I went ahead and bought everything.
What video card should I buy? Would the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB PCI-E w/ G-SYNC, DVI, HDMI be ok?

The GT720 is meant for watching videos. It is in no way meant for gaming and would be a complete waste of money if used for that purpose.

The GTX750ti is probably the weakest video card I would possibly recommend. Honestly, you should at least get a R7 370 or GTX950. You won't regret spending the extra money.

Sweet. Looks like I'll be able to get the 950! What settings will it be able to run on Fallout 4? Super excited to get this thing bought and built! (This is my first "good" PC, every other I've had was one I got for free somewhere :( but finally I will be able to actually enjoy the glory of PC gaming!)
