x79 motherboard question

Hey guys im facing a little problem
Im using i7 4820k cpu
and I need to replace my motherboard and I cant find any sites that sell new x79 motherboards
Is there sites I could buy Asus x79 motherboards ?

And I have one more question if im unable to find new motherboard
Which cpu would you recommend to upgrade from i7 4820k which would be more powerfull

the x99 is the actual Motherboard of your series. If you stick with asus the x99-a 2 or x99 deluxe 2 is a nice choice. This summer the i7-68XX and i7-6950X CPus released. or you go for skylake or wait for kobylake.

So the x99 will also fit my chipset right ? I dont think that it will fit because it has a slighty different socket :/

good idea :) thanks for the idea, do you think there are people still looking for this cpu when the motherboards are almost gone ?
