Hello,
I recently bought a second hand SM951 M.2 SSD.. Today I installed the Windows 10 and configure almost everything. I ran a test with Crystal Disk Mark 5 to see if the ssd is ok. Unfortunately, the random read/write (4k) is so slow compared to others, based on reviews e.g. I got 55 Mb/s read and 150 Mb/s write which is so poor. After some research I found that maybe it's because some Intel drivers. I have an ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming mobo and I installed the Intel rapid storage technology driver, mixed with AHCI. My SSD is NVMe so the problem might come from here. Any suggestion what should I do to improve my precious, new drive ? (I found also there is an NVMe driver for SM951 but it's rare)(Condition 100/100% ,barely was used before me)
