Why is is only 1 hdd showing up out of 2 on my Dell Optiplex 755?

I have 2 hdds 1tb and the other 160gb. My guess is that maybe my mobo doesn't support it. http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/dell-0gm819-mainboard-specifications/ also I am using Windows 10.

If both HDDs are recognized in BIOS now:
If I remember correctly for SEAGATE drives you should be able to use discwizard that will ask you for source and destination disks, perform the cloning and will also switch boot sequence in your BIOS so that new disk become systems disk.
Pretty sure that the equivalent for WD drives is Acronis True Image WD Edition but I am less familiar with it-check the WD website.
Recommend a backup of your 'source' 160gb disk before you start or at least any personal files. I've never lost anything with discwizard but better safe than sorry.

Is the drive recognized by BIOS?
In case it is not, it may be a good idea to double check the connection. Use different cables and attach the drive to another port. If the issue persists, you can attach the drive to another system, so you can be sure the drive is in a healthy state.

In case it is recognized by BIOS but not by Disk Management, then it most probably comes to some drivers. You can go to your MOBO's website and update the drivers.(SATA ones)

Access BIOS using F2 on boot, if I remember correctly each SATA connection you want to use needs to be turned on individually in optiplex BIOS.
If not recognized try updating to latest BIOS as well as looking at disk management.
You have Tower or DT version of 755?
DT has only SATA0, SATA1, SATA2 and eSATA, Tower has these plus SATA3.

1TB is for additional storage or you want to move OS to it from 160GB? Most of the HDD maufacturers also have utilities programs to do this for you or if you don't want to use Win10 disk management for formatting, partitioning etc..

GUYS I GOT IT! AFTER DAYS I REALIZED THERE WERE 5 SATA PORT. 1 of them was used for the optical Drive and the other one was used for the hard drive. I disconnected the optical drive and connected it to the 3 that didn't work for me and I connected the HDD to where the optical drive was. I hope you guys no what I mean.

Also I want to THANK YOU ALL! Yes all of you guys who helped me. I know I was gone for a few days and didn't respond to some of you because I was looking for solutions by using programs and other stuff. Now today it works and it wouldn't have worked without any of you guys. Thanks again :)
