I have a very weird problem and I want to know if its just the way the computer works or if I have done something wrong
My System won't turn on if its 78* F or hotter in the room and
it won't stay on ( let's say its 76*F when I turn it on, but I turn off the air and as soon as it hits 79-80* in the room) it will shutoff and go into a stage where it will try to turn on/off
I've checked against CPU and GPU overheating issues and I believe my power supply can handle my PC
my setup is:

I've been trying everything
please let me know what I can do

Solution
Have you made any changes in BIOS? If yes, consider resetting BIOS to optimized defaults.

Also, are you using any kind of overclocking or fan speed monitoring software? Sometimes, such software can force a shutdown if temperature hits a predefined level.

It is also possible the power supply is causing the problem. After the PC has been running for some time observe if the PSU fan is spinning. If you have another PSU or can borrow one, consider swapping it out to see if you still have stability issues.

It certainly sounds like a heat issue. Make sure both the cpu cooler pump and the radiator fan have power. I would also try to re-apply the thermal paste to the cpu water block and reseat the block. Perhaps it's slightly off and part of its surface is not in contact with the cpu.

yea I wanted to avoid trying this but I guess it will have to happen.
I've ran a bunch of stress tests and when the load is at 100% and it only gets up to 60* C
wouldn't there be an issue when I ran stress tests if it was the paste of CPU cooler???
