I just got this system built and it is a budget system so I had to skimp on a few parts. I have the 8320 on a MSI 970A Sli Krait Edition mobo with the cooler master cooler. At startup if I go straight into my Bios it shows the temperature right around 38-40C and it will stay there. If I go into windows(Windows 10 to be exact) and run HW Monitor it shows temps bouncing from as low as 18C up to about 55C and if I play a few games for a while and reboot and immediately go back into the bios the temp is around 55 but it drops down to around 40C pretty quick. Is all of this normal? It took me a year to build this thing and I needed the specific cooler to help cool the motherboard. Any have a similar setup with temp problems or all of these normal??? I can't afford to have this thing meltdown on me. I did use Arctic Silver 5 instead of the Cooler Master thermal paste that came with the cooler.

What are the temps if you just start it and not do anything except open CoreTemp or whatever app you use for the temp monitoring. Sounds like you are probably fine, maybe used a tad extra for the Artic Silver (only need a dab about the size of a grain of rice -
