Are all thunderbolt 3 ports 40 gbps?

Solution
It seems I was not the only one looking for this particular answer :). I've found both good news and bad news

Well the good news is, yes G752 does have 40Gb/s TB3 based on this site http://www.notebookcheck.net/Face-Off-MSI-GT72S-vs-Asus-G752-vs-Clevo-P870DM.152276.0.html.

The bad is
1) it does not mentioned the subtype ?I don't know if there is any difference for G752V / VT / VY
2) based on wiki, not all hardware TB3 sare similar - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunderbolt_(interface)#Thunderbolt_3

Intel offers three versions of the controller
one "DP" version that uses a PCIe 3.0 ×4 link to provide two Thunderbolt 3 ports (DSL6540)
one "SP" version that uses a PCIe 3.0 ×4 link to provide one Thunderbolt 3 port (DSL6340)
an "LP"...

I'm not sure, maybe Asus limited the Thunderbolt 3 speed for the laptop? Because at the Asus' official website, it is stated that the speed is 40Gb/s. I think it's probably because of country limitations. https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-G752VT/ check it yourself

Here's one where the international site says 40gb/s, and if I simply put /us/ into the URL, it says 20 gb/s on what is apparently exactly the same model:

International 40Gb/s:
https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-G752VY/
USA 20Gb/s:
https://www.asus.com/us/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-G752VY/

an "LP" (Low Power) version that uses a PCIe 3.0 ×2 link to provide one Thunderbolt 3 port (JHL6240).

In which I assume the LP version does not support?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I really think they really messed up with this coding / nomenclature for TB3
