Would an I5 4460 and GTX 970 last me 2years?

Hey,
I'm in the middle of building my pc build, I'm looking for something for average video editing and average gaming. I'm looking for max settings on 1080p for 60+fps which the 970 is powerful enough. I'm on a £670 budget however I've already purchased 16gb 2400mhz ram. The games I'll be playing are like cs, gta, fallout and a couple others. but I'm not rich I have an average job. So would these specs last up to 2 years?

i5 4460
Asus GTX 970
Asus z97-p
Western digital 1tb
corsair vengeance 2x8 2400mhz
corsair spec 03 case
EVGA 600w psu

I have i5 4460 right now and it doing a fantastic job for me. If in the future I suggest getting a new mobo for 6th gen intel or 4790k. Getting another i5 is not really an upgrade

Yes I will upgrade in future, but is the life span of an i5 4460 decent? I'm worried in having to spend more money. just under a year ago I build and AMD 8350 & 960 build and oh my god the 8350 died although it was looked after and I have no overclock so I will never purchase AMD again. but I know intel are better, I'm just curious of how good the 4460 is.
