I found a pc online that seems to have the best bang for your buck deal with seemingly great reviews that falls perfectly in my price range. I intended to build my own but as a minor, my parents believe i may mess it up. So im stuck to getting a prebuilt. I have $740 to spend and id be happy to upgrade it in the future but my question is, will the psu be able to withstand the components? According to reviews it seems ok but not the best. Here it is... https://m.newegg.com/Product/Index?itemNumber=N82E16883230094

The CPU and GPU of that build are pretty light on power so I think they can manage on a 350w PSU. However, with most of Cyberpower's prebuilt offerings it is likely going to be an extremely low quality PSU which can lead to problems like reduced lifespan of your components.

In your shoes I would do a lot of research on how to build a PC and try to convince your parents of the economical and educational benefit of that route. Write a paper, make a video, or a webpage. I used to do things like that when I was young to convince my parents of things. They like to see the effort.
