Is it normal that my Motherboard reaches 70°C in just 2 minutes of not-really-demanding gaming?

My mother is M5A78LM/USB3, and since some weeks i started to get bluescreens, I did some research and found out that overheating is, in most of the cases, the answer of why this is happening.
Thats the reason why I downloaded speccy, and tested out the temperature.
The results are: 45-55°C on Idle (just google chrome/skype/nothing opened) and over 70-78°C in the first 5 minutes of gaming. (I tested with rocket league)
Is this normal? If its not, how can I prevent these to not happen again? Im getting really annoyed of the bluescreens and im kinda worried of my PC's health :/
Specs:
*AMD FX 8320E
*R7 240 2GB
*SENTEY BRP600W
*M5A78LM/USB3
*12 GB (4+8 ddr3)
***UPDATE***: I was playing GTA V for 10 minutes and I saw the mobo reach 79°C, why is this even happening?

My friend told me the fan's RPM are really really high comparing to the really quiet sound my PC makes

if you are using the cooler that came with the cpu then your temps are normal for that cooler. your not really overheating. yes its hot but not overheating.
I doubt your mobo is 79c your cpu is 79c correct?
for this cpu that is normal temps but if you want it to be cooler you need to get a better heatsink then came with it

i cant get to much information but i think your PSU could be an issue. you have two 12 volt rails so did you make sure your not overloading one of the rails?
your video card needs to be on a different rail then your motherboard and cpu. really you should get a single rail PSU as 216 watts per a 12 volt rail will cause issues.

I bought a EVGA 600W 80+ and a GTX 970 because YOLO, will all that work together?
And btw, the mobo is the one who gets 70-80C on gaming according to speccy and HWMonitor

how many case fans do you have? 70-80C air temp inside a case is bad. and if your case is that hot then your cpu has to be even hotter then that. (the cpu cannot be cooler then the air used to cool it)

does your case really feel like its 176F inside of it?

a cpu at 70-80 is not bad but if the air temp inside the case is 70-80c your cpu would be hitting over 100c easily (should shutdown itself before that point for its safety (may be when the bluescreen appears))

I never feel hot near the case, and the cpu stays at 65°C maximum when "gaming"
BTW, I have just 1 case fan, and its on the backside. I can show pics if you want
