PC Shuts Down Instantly While Playing Graphics Intensive Games

Hey guys, I'd like to make this as short and sweet as possible. I still have a similar problem that I had in an earlier post about my computer performing very slow on windows and shutting down instantly when ever I would try to play any graphic intensive game. I got a refund for my previous card and my friend gave me his old GTX 760. Its is a great card, for some games it would run with no issues but whenever I would try to play any graphic intensive game ( Dark Souls, Skyrim Ultra Settings, Metal Gear) my computer would shut down at the blink of an eye. It can't be a CPU issue because my temps are very low Idle and during game play of some games that my computer allows me to run. I bought my power supply from NewEgg brand new almost 2 moths ago, but could any other component cause my computer to shut down instantly whenever I try to play a graphic intensive game? Or is it time to start getting a warranty on my PSU or just buy another? I would love any replies or support thanks guys.

! I would check to see if the power supply is enough. just because you turn the graphics up and it clips. I've seen that problem before with the system clipping. system checks out good - and clips randomly or high graphics. Do the math its free. Ok! DC

Your computer might be overheating or that graphics card has problems.
Follow these:
1. Try that gpu on a different computer and run graphics intensive games on it. if it still does this than problem is in gpu.
2.Try a different gpu in your pc.

I ran memtest and it passed I have two of the vengeance ram but I'm running it only with 1 and a different ram stick because my cooler gets in the way. But the test passed

1. Try running any cpu stress tests.
2. Try running gpu stress tests.

If that fails, just check to make sure the power cables are correctly connected to the GPU. I had a problem which was similar where when playing the Witcher 2 Enhanced on high settings; after a while it would often get a strange yellow/brown line pattern on the monitor and the computer would freeze. It turns out my secondary 6+2-pin connector wasn't seated correctly.
