Couple of things can be the cause MrEpic.
Your Windows may be trying to update or your drive is failing because S.M.A.R.T. drive firmware is busy relocating bad sectors to prevent data loss.
You can get clues from Task Manager to see which services are running constantly. Skype can be an offender.
You can run CHKDSK from an elevated command prompt to check for any bad sectors.
CHKDSK with the extensions /r /f will try to fix or repair by scheduling on next reboot.
