Check your HDD health status with good programs(I haven't used windows built-in utilities ever).
I use > http://download.wdc.com/windlg/WinDlg_v1_29.zip <.
1. Extract all files to a folder.
2. Run "WinDlg.exe" as Administrator.
3. Check on I accept and click "Next".
4. Select your drive in the upper selection box and click on a little notepad button left to the text "to view SMART data.".

One question, how did u reset your PC,Windows system restore?Or a fresh install of windows, there are many possibilities

1)Too many startup programs (Ctrl alt del and select task manager, click the startup tab and disable applications that you do not use, anything that you are unsure of do not disable, most are important)

2)virus(run a antivirus programs to see if malware is taking up all the search time)
