I received my gpu today from a website called Phphoto from the US but i live in the UK (it was just cheaper) so i cannot test it right now but when i opened it all up to have a nice look at it i noticed the right fan was not rotating backwards, also when it did rotate forwards it made a annoying noise.
After diagnosing the problem as a wire with a tiny protective Velcro bit that was in the way at the top of the fan (inside it, the Velcro protecting bit was in the way) I used a thin screwdriver just to move it upwards and in the way of the fan and its now spinning fine, no noise, as good as the other one but is this a problem which could have future consequences or not be manufactured correctly? all answers will help, thank you
