Don't get a 120V, get a Hyper 212. Budget AIO coolers are bad, you are far better of with an air cooler. If you want to get a good AIO, then get a H100 or similar, although you won't need an aftermarket cooler if you don't have an unlocked CPU.

[EDIT]

Swap than sandisk piece of poo SSD for a decent EVO or similar. Budget SSDs aren't very good :p
