Low FPS Why

Ive Just Finished building my new pc and I'm experiencing really low fps for my build in csgo any reason why?
i5-4460
MSI GTX 960 4GB
8GB RAM

ONLY GETTING AROUND 120FPS AND BELOW

Have you installed all your graphics card drivers? If not then it will be running from Intel HD Graphics. Go the MSI/NVIDIA website to download the correct drivers for your graphics card. Also make sure the display is being powered by the graphics card and not the integrated graphics. Usually the graphics card is closer to the bottom of the case, so plug your HDMI/DVI/VGA cable into the the correct port near the bottom of the case, as otherwise you will be using integrated graphics.
