So I tried to recover my computer because something was with winload.efi file when there was real time after 1 hour windows blue screen came out so I need to change year to 2015 and I inserted recovery disk . Windows installation popped up and I didn't want to clean install windows. But in that computer were many files so I couldn't create a backup . So I installed windows 7 and it took about 3 hours. Maybe because there was many files. So I waited. After first reboot I saw boot menu there was windows 8 and Windows setup I chose windows setup than I saw only windows 7 logo. So it restarted again. It loaded to boot menu and I saw 3 boot options Windows 7, Windows setup and Windows 8. I chose windows 7 than I saw only windows 7 logo and it just turned off. I turn it back on and computer was restarting after 3 seconds and backlight was blinking. I could go to bios by pressing F2 or DELETE keys and windows 8 automatic repair by pressing F9. So I don't know what to do when I pressing F9 there's lots of options when failing automatic repair. And I can't go to safe mode same stuff is going on . So someone can help me. This is the video what's going on https://youtu.be/o0vl88cmnxM

The drive is pretty messed up at this point, especially since you did all sorts of things installing Windows on there. Very hard to sort out what you did since you say you installed 7 yet are saying you have a boot options for 8 also, which means either you accidentally created a dual boot setup or did something wrong and are not giving all details about what is going on. Especially about changing the year to 2015, why would you need to change the year to last year? Your video also is confusing since it does not match anything you wrote, I just see it flashing the screen on and off, which looks like a hardware issue somewhere, motherboard, ram, maybe bad hard drive, something physical.

Remove your current hard drive, get a new one...

Remove your current hard drive, get a new one for your system, install Windows clean on that, copy your files over from your original drive.
