Your CPU will work OK with the GTX 750 Ti. Beyond that, you will run into bottleneck issues. If you're looking for a lot better gaming performance, doing a new build would be more sensible. No sense sinking money in an outdated system.
Better for what? Neither are going to be able run games well, perhaps older games at at low resolutions and settings. The 6670 may be a little better, especially if it's the DDR5 version.

I have a 500-242ea hp which is bad and I have the r5 235 graphics card with a8 5500 CPU and i was wondering if the AMD Radeon HD 6670 Graphics Card would be able to run games better? If not can you give me ideas for me to be able to run games better which I know includes upgrading graphics cards, and CPU, and even power supply can you suggest the cheapest to upgrade my pc and can run games well?
