I have K30BF with new PSU and GPU. My GPU is Asus GTX960 OC. Motherboard is K30BF_M32BF and CPU is "AMD A10-7800 Kaveri 28nm Technology".

Im looking for a new and better CPU to replace my old one but Im a total noob in these things.
Should I change my CPU and can I change it?
What should I do before and which CPU should I get?

My PC: https://www.asus.com/Tower-PCs/K30BF/

You can, but it's the same CPU, only clocked 10% higher - the silicon is identical. It wouldn't be like moving from an i3 to an i5 where you'd have twice as many physical cores, or from an i5 to an i7 where you'd be gaining hyperthreading and additional cache. It's not a real upgrade.
There is no better CPU for your motherboard. If you want to change your CPU, you'll need a new motherboard, and possibly new RAM and a new copy of Windows too. For any real upgrade, you'll need to move over to an Intel platform, as AMD hasn't released any new CPU designs for several years.

So I can't change it to, for an example A10-7890k?
